Danielle King
Social Work Program Manager
Danielle joined South Bronx United in 2021 as the Social Work Program Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating, Danielle served in the Peace Corps as a Secondary Education English teacher from 2018-2020. She lived and worked in the east African archipelago of Comoros, in the rural village Ntsorale. There, she taught English to 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. She also started a weekly soccer club for her female students, who typically did not have the opportunity to play sports. After completing her Peace Corps service, Danielle attended New York University and graduated with her Master of Social Work.
