Information
South Bronx United is recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), allowing designated SBU staff to practice immigration law and represent youth, families, and the community in proceedings before Immigration Court and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). SBU primarily manages immigration cases and provides information session on relevant immigrant issues to youth and families in other SBU programs. This helps youth on the path towards college, careers, and community contributions and helps families provide a better life for their children.

South Bronx United has supported numerous youth and families through green card and DACA processes. South Bronx United also has a partnership with Catholic Charities of New York City and strong relationships with several other organizations.
