Allison Acevedo brings over a decade of nonprofit and fundraising experience to South Bronx United, with a background spanning the arts, publishing, and civic engagement. Prior to SBU, she worked at the New-York Historical, one of the leading public history museums in the country, and The New Press, one of New York's foremost independent publishing houses. She has deep expertise in development, board governance, public programming, and events. She lives in Harlem with her husband and two kids.
