South Bronx United succeeds because of more than 300 volunteers annually dedicated to working with youth in the classroom and on the soccer field. SBU also holds occasional corporate volunteer events. Given the time and capacity needed to plan the events and ensure they are well aligned with existing programs, these events are usually offered to existing corporate funders.
