Prior to attending an ID Clinic or invitational practice session, please bring this registration and waiver form.

Register for an Open ID Clinic

This form is to confirm that you would like to attend an Open ID Clinic for Boys and Girls. Any youth in the Bronx or Northern Manhattan are welcome to register to participate in the South Bronx United Open ID Clinics with a parent/guardian’s permission. For the 2024-2025 year, youth born between 2006 and 2017 are welcome to register.

These clinics are run by SBU's qualified coaching team to ensure a high quality coaching session is provided. If a coach believes a player’s level to be the right one for our competitive soccer programs, she or he might be invited to formally tryout at a future session with the SBU Pre-Academy or SBU Academy. Players in the SBU Pre-Academy (generally grades 3 - 5) practice twice a week plus participate in competitive games on weekends. Players in the SBU Academy (generally grades 6 - 12) attend two practices per week, competitive games, and are required to participate in at least two academic classes per week and a full-day summer program. Any player invited to return will be asked to confirm that they can commit to this academic, soccer, and overall youth development program.

We will contact all who fill out this form when an appropriate ID Clinic is scheduled.
