Jessica brings a wealth of experience to her role as the Director of Academic and Post-secondary Programs, with over 10 years of experience in college counseling and youth development. She is passionate about equal educational opportunities and has provided support to numerous SBU participants in accessing higher education opportunities.
Recognizing the importance of ongoing support, Jessica took the initiative to create a post-secondary mentorship program at South Bronx United, allowing alumni to successfully navigate college. She also developed a comprehensive workforce development program, addressing career needs and preparing participants for the professional world.
Jessica's qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and completion of the Teachers College - College Advisement program. She is certified as a School Career Development Advisor by the National Career Development Association.
