Bronx Block Party World Cup 2026 Festival
THE BRONX, NY — May 19. South Bronx United (SBU) is thrilled to announce the upcoming Bronx Block Party World Cup 2026 Festival on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Macombs Dam Park, at 161st St - Yankee Stadium.
The community event brings together soccer fans, families, and residents to celebrate the 2026 FIFA Men's World Cup while promoting soccer for good, social impact, and nonprofit community programs in the South Bronx. The day’s main highlight features a massive World Cup watch party as the U.S. Men’s National Team takes on Australia as they aim to move on in the tournament.
Beyond the match, the festival will include the NY/NJ World Cup Committee Mobile Van, a Soccer Fan Zone, food vendors, family activities, and mini tournaments. Younger sports fans can participate in unity games and structured soccer clinics.
The event is sponsored by the Soccer Forward Foundation, the ABNY Foundation, Laureus Sport for Good USA, and Movember, with additional support and partnerships from a number of organizations and elected officials.
